    We offer seasonal decor items, so our inventory changes throughout the year. Our staples include candles, hand-painted jars, handmade cards, and other curated home decor pieces.

  • Are all products made by hand?
    Yes. We source high-quality materials, but each finished product is handmade.

  • How do I place an order?
    Visit our Shop page, select your item, and follow the checkout process.

  • All care instructions are listed on each product page, and candle care instructions are also included on the product label.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • What is your return policy?
    All sales are final.

  • Do you accept returns on custom or personalized items?
    We do not offer personalized items at this time.

  • What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
    Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item. We will replace it.

  • How long do refunds take to process?
    Refunds are only issued for cases where a replacement is not possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

    We ship through USPS. We currently ship only within the United States.

  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (or “TBD” if you prefer to finalize this later).

  • What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
    Please contact USPS first using your tracking number. If you still need help, email us and we’ll assist where possible.

  • How do you package your items?
    We use protective packaging to ensure items arrive safely. Additional details can be added once packaging choices are finalized.
